A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a website, that site’s computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser’s preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.
The Company reserves the right to use technological equivalents of cookies, including social media pixels. These pixels allow social media sites to track visitors to outside websites so as to tailor advertising messages users see while visiting that social media website. The Company reserves the right to use these pixels in compliance with the policies of the various social media sites.
We also may use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients. This information is used to enable more accurate reporting, improve the effectiveness of our marketing, and make our Services and Websites better for our users.
If you wish to disable cookies, you may do so through your individual browser options. More detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers can be found here.
We and our partners may use various technologies to collect and store information when you interact with our email campaigns, and this may include using cookies and similar tracking technologies, such as pixels and web beacons. For example, an e-mail partner like MailChimp uses web beacons in the emails we send to our subscribers. When you receive and engage with our email campaign, web beacons track certain behavior such as whether the email sent through the MailChimp platform was delivered and opened and whether links within the email were clicked. We may also collect information such as your IP address, browser, email client type, and other similar details. We use this information to measure and improve the performance of our email campaigns and to provide analytics information and enhance the effectiveness of our Services. For more information, please refer to the Cookie Statement of our e-mail platform MailChimp here.
Our site and online store are hosted on Kajabi.com, a cloud-based website development platform. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Kajabi may collect, store and process certain Non-personal and Personal Information of Users-of-Users on our behalf. For such purposes, Kajabi serves and shall be considered as a “Processor” and not as the “Controller” (as both such capitalized terms are defined in the European Union General Data Protection Regulation) of such Users-of-Users Information. For more information, please refer to the policies of Kajabi here.
We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
